We are the Florida Keys Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (also known as Florida Keys SHRM, or, simply, FLKSHRM).  We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a national, professional organization.

Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.   We welcome your use of this site as a resource and encourage you to check back frequently for updated information.   • SHRM Chapter Charity - Help us feed our fellow neighbors who've fallen on hard times by purchasing a week's worth of meals. This year's HR Florida Conference 's charity goal is to collect $22,500 which willl feed 1500 families.  A donation of $15 = a food box that can feed a family of 4 for almost a week.   To donate, please go to the HR Florida Team Fundraising page.
