Types of Information Collected and How It Is Used

Individuals are required to complete an application for new or renewal FLKSHRM Memberships. This application gathers personally identifiable information including personal and professional contact information, such as first and last names, work addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers.

With your permission, we will use this personal information to periodically send you information, such as FLKSHRM meeting reminders.

Access to Member Information

Personally identifiable information that you provide to FLKSHRM is maintained solely by select FLKSHRM Board Members and Committee Chairs. FLKSHRM does not sell member addresses or e-mail addresses to third-parties.

Please ensure that you log out of your browser at the end of each computer session to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence, especially if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.

Updating Personal Information
