This engaging presentation explores the transformative power of AI and automation in modern industries. Due to the integration of AI, new tasks, roles and jobs will be created to complement this change.

Ebony is a certified SHRM Human Resources Professional, Florida Certified Labor Relations Professional, and Certified EEOC Investigator, specializing in employee offboarding, EEOC compliance, and the complexities of workforce transitions. Her expertise spans critical areas such as training and development, performance management, strategic planning, labor relations, talent management, recruitment, off-boarding and retention.

Kanya Olivier, a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Construction, Engineering, and Technology, serves as the President of The Company Bridge Program, powered by Job Interview Training Executive Corp. Kanya began her career as a Career Coach and quickly recognized the need for companies to address employee layoffs with empathy and within compliance. This insight led her to expand her expertise to help organizations navigate the complexities of workforce transitions.
Kanya brings a wealth of experience in training and development, performance management and strategic planning. Her leadership is rooted in a strong foundation in economics, having earned a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from The Florida A&M University.
