Understanding your responsibilities under the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) laws and avoiding legal liability is every bit as important as knowing how to supervise and motivate your employees.

This summer bonus session offered to you by the EEOC and the Florida Keys chapter of SHRM is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals, supervisors, and/or business owners to learn straight from the EEOC – the agency charged with enforcing workplace discrimination and harassment laws. This training session, taught by an EEOC expert, will delve into the world of federal employment discrimination laws and give you a solid foundation to circumvent potentially costly issues and problems.  It’s also a great refresher training for those with some background but who still need clarification or have questions
