We spend more time at work than anywhere else so you need to make it fun for you, and the teams you lead! You can't recruit, lead, engage or retain your top talent with your old practices. Each leader needs to rethink how to navigate one-on-one meetings, small team meetings, and large department meetings, in addition to managing the day-to-day operations.

"If you want people to respect your leadership, run meetings high performers love to attend." - Dan Rockwell

    In this session:

    • What is the business case for fun and an engaged workforces?
    • How can you create this type of environment?
    • How can you use this environment as an incentive or reward for great work?

Join this interactive session to learn how to positively change your culture with strategic takeaways..
