We spend more time at work than anywhere else so you need to make it fun for you, and the teams you lead! You can't recruit, lead, engage or retain your top talent with your old practices. Each leader needs to rethink how to navigate one-on-one meetings, small team meetings, and large department meetings, in addition to managing the day-to-day operations.
"If you want people to respect your leadership, run meetings high performers love to attend." - Dan Rockwell
