ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Vickie shares more than 25 years’ experience in employee benefits, human resources, and management, with FBMC’s Brokerage and Consulting teams throughout the Southeast. She provides guidance on strategic planning, predictive modeling, and creating long-term benefit solutions. Vickie is recognized for her efforts in developing innovative client solutions, having been named one of the 2018 Most Influential Women in Benefits Advising by Employee Benefits Adviser Magazine.
As the past-President for the local chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, and a licensed Florida 2-15 Continuing Education Instructor, Vickie has a passion for helping others through collaboration and education. This passion has led her to many speaking engagements, and recent efforts to increase opportunities to encourage high school and college students to pursue a career in insurance.
Prior to joining FBMC, Vickie managed several statewide governmental entity medical risk pools and employee benefit programs.
Vickie resides in Crawfordville, Florida with her husband of more than 25 years, Daniel. When they are not on the water in their kayaks or walking their dog, she may be found visiting her daughter in Daytona, Florida or her son in Chesterfield, South Carolina.
