Program Description:
The Power of You: Crafting a Personal Brand That Works
1. Understand the Importance of Personal Branding: Participants will be able to explain the concept of personal branding and how it influences career success and professional reputation.
2. Identify Key Elements of Building a Personal Brand: Attendees will learn the key components of personal branding, such as defining their unique value, online presence, and communication strategies.
3. Develop a Personal Branding Strategy: By the end of the presentation, participants will have the tools to create a personalized branding plan, including actionable steps to enhance their visibility and credibility in their industry or field.
Speaker:
Dana Mullins has over 25 years of experience as an HR Professional in various industries, to include city government, international shipping and financial services. She is currently the SVP/Chief People Officer at Pen Air Credit Union, where she serves as the HR strategic partner on the Executive Team. Dana has a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and an MA in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of West Florida. She is an active member of the Greater Pensacola SHRM Chapter and has served on the HR FL State Council as District Director, District 1 for 4 years, serving as Leadership Conference Chair for 2 of those years. Dana has also served as Vice President and President Elect before taking on the role of President.
