    Summary:

Under a Trump 2.0 presidency, there are very different things governmental agencies are focusing on when it comes to employers.  It is crucial you are up-to-date with the key areas to avoid costly investigations by the government, such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB.  What policies are the same as in the past, and what has changed?  Also, private lawsuits are still a risk no matter who the President is, so find out recent litigation under various employment laws.

    Three Key Takeaways for Attendees:

    1. Spot the warning signs: Learn how to identify early indicators of potential legal risk under a Trump 2.0 presidency.
    2. Develop proactive strategies to minimize risk – attendees will explore techniques to avoid lawsuits from ever getting off the ground.
    3. Strategies for Prevention: Discover how to implement effective policies, training programs, and communication strategies to promote respect and accountability, reducing the likelihood of toxic behaviors.
